CHARLOTTESVILLE, Virginia –Janet Driscoll Miller, the president and CEO of the SEO company Search Mojo will be speaking at the MarketingProfs Digital Marketing Forum in Austin, Texas this week.

The presentation is titled “Getting Ranked: Your Social Presence and Its Impact on Search Engine Optimization (SEO)” and will take place on February 3 at 12:45 p.m.  The speech will discuss different internet marketing and social media tools that will help businesses rank higher in  a search and become more profitable.

“I’m excited to discuss social media’s impact on SEO, because social media is playing an ever increasing role in how search engines rank websites,” said Miller. “It is important that brands realize the importance of social media, as some companies still seem to resist adoption. Sites such as Facebook, Twitter and MySpace allow for free advertising and more personal, one-on-one communication with clients as well as allows for profitable word-of-mouth advertising.

In addition to discussion the impact of social media on SEO, Miller will also touch upon digital asset optimization as well as blogging.
