New York Internet Marketing Guru Wins Prestigious Award

Every year since 1998, the Long Island Business News has honored the top 40 leading businesses individuals on Long Island. This year, Jerry Allocca, a Google-recognized legal Internet marketing expert, will be honored with the 40 under 40 award on January 26, 2012.
The Long Island Business News recognizes professionals who exhibit strong leadership skills and prosperous results in their fields. Allocca is the founder and president of CORE Interactive Marketing, a Long Island and NYC based online marketing services firm.
He was chosen for this award for many reasons, including his exceptional track record of business success, his mentoring skills, and commitment to the community. He has helped several individuals and businesses improve their marketing strategies and dedicates himself to the pursuit of innovative legal Internet marketing tactics.
Allocca developed and teaches hands-on computer lab workshops on a variety of Internet marketing topics, such as search engines and social media, in Long Island and New York City. He aims to help others succeed in their businesses and show them what they need to do to compete with similar businesses in their fields. Allocca even offers free tools to his customers to help them improve traffic to their sites and clientele.
In his book, CONNECTED CULTURE: The Art of Communicating With the Digital Generation, Allocca demonstrates how to successfully use tools like social media, text messaging and Internet marketing to one’s benefit and how to avoid costly mistakes.
